I HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR A CHURCH A LITTLE OVER A YEAR,IAM NOT
EXPERINCED THAT MUCH,BUT I FELT LIKE I NEEDED A CHOIR DIRECTOR
THAT WAY I COULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT I WAS DOING,BUT
ANYWAY I ASKED SEVERAL OF THE CHOIR MEMBERS,NOBODY WANTED
THE JOB-----SO I ASKED SOMEONE ELSE AND I FEEL NOW THAT IT WAS
ONE THE WOEST MISTAKE-----SHE CALLS ME ON THE PHONE CONSTANTLY,SHE DOES A LOT OF CURSING,SHE CONSTANTLY TALKS
ABOUT QUITTING EVEN THOUGH SHE JUST STARTED,I JUST FEEL LIKE
I MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE,SHE LEFT HER MOM CHURCH TO BECOME
A MEMBER AT THE CHURCH THAT I ATTEND----MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN I APPROACH THIS WITHOUT RUNNING A NEW MEMBER OFF,SHOULD
I JUST LET HER QUIT ON HER ON,ORWHAT,AND ANOTHER THING SHE
CONSTANTLY SAYING THAT SHE WANTS TO GET PAID,I DONT NOW
ANY ADVICE WOULD REALLY HELP

First, you should've prayed about who to pick, if you didn't. Anyway, now that she's in there, I feel it'd be wrong to just kick her out, even with the cursing and all the other stuff. Everyone has faults and those are no worse than any other ones. I think you should just pray about the correct action. Maybe her being there is to help you both get over some issue that you have! :D I think if getting paid was THAT important to her, she would've left by now.
