One thing i must say is growing up Pentecostal and now being in place as Minister of Music at a Baptist Church..is you MUST be well rounded...Dont just do all COGIC style pentecostal bump songs or praise & worship CCM/Shekinah Glory hits, or standard hymns of the church, or Choral Pieces...be well rounded ...make preaching easy and uplift the spirit and hearts of the saints so that the word can come forth with POWER & CLARITY..We as the body of Christ must be able to accommodate and reach everyone while still keeping the Anointing and Power of the Holy Ghost in tact..God blesss everyone..!
