Hi my named is David I have been playing organ and piano for six years now. Fill-ins are like the hardest thing to figure out. Can any one help with concepts or any you have I'm ready to learn and share what I know. Be blessed and Thanks.

What type of fill-ins are you looking at?
Talk music fill ins
Some of the fill-ins that I personally use are just connecting chords and mixing in styles from different genres such as classical, jazz and gospel.
For example a flatted 7 progression or a 1-2-3-4-5 progression or even a flip 5 movement. Again fill ins are based upon your style and what you like to play.
