Does anyone know the actual name of this song and where I might find sheet music or chord charts?

We used to do this song many years ago when I sang in one of the choirs at my church.  Now some members of the choir I lead want to do this song and I can't find anything on it in our files.

I thought you were looking for my fav song [Power in the name of Jesus- Alvin Slaughter]- I just repeat the victory part..
