B-A-D-E-G i landed on it but i have no idea what kinda chord it is seems like some kinda minor but im not sure because of the #5/b6 and the 4/11

yeah i thought about m11#5 but im not sure i thought about e minor 11 too

whats the bass? Looks immediately like a G6/9 if G is the bass.
