Title: struggling with songs for the youth

i have been struggling trying to come up with proper songs for youth choir,im looking for something simple its about
7 or 8 of them and they are great the age range are from 2 to 15 i found this song on youtube they said the original artist is
mississippi mass childrens now i can say

i need some help chording this group is singing it in c i believe not 1000% sure any help would greatly be appreciated
