please what are the basic keys i must learn as a beginner learning to play the organ/piano

For a beginner, C,  G, and F would be good keys to start on.  Then, especially if you're into traditional gospel music,  Ab, Db, and Eb.  The rest as you continue to learn.  Eventually, all keys should be learned.
