Fred Hammond never fails to bring it! Gibbers, can you post that "Bread of Life" video you posted a while back? I think it was a church band playing it. I can't remember where it is anymore.

Post by: funkStrat_97 on April 09, 2012, 05:01:49 PM: It would have been nice to have played this past Sunday but our worship leader is also in charge of the drama department (hey....every church has a drama dept.....officially or otherwise) and he was pretty busy preparing for the Easter play. We probably wouldn't have had time to properly rehearse the song.

a lot of gain? little gain?

neck pickup/ bridge pickup?

Yup! The original Fred Hammond "Celebrate (He Lives)" needed none of this silly treatment. The original was filled with simple guitar goodness...elegant & inspired. This "remix" has nothing to recommend it. ::)

Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, depends on what strikes you. Although Sonar's response was a little extra...

Most of Israel's songs sound the same to me... :-\
