A7add6 is a 13 chord minus the 2.
D9sus is a D9 w/ I assume a substituted 4 for the 3, which would actually be a D11.
Eb9add6 should be an Eb13.
They're all dominant chords, so they have the 1, 3 and 5 triad as well as the b7. Add to this the following:
9 chords have the 2
11 chords have the 2 and the 4
13 chords have the 2 and 6

I have heard of such names, although there's debate on the proper naming convention of chords.
Dm9sus should probably be Dm11.
Bb13sus = 1, 3, 5, b7, 2, 6, and a 4 in place of the 3.
Where did you find these chords? They apparently like suspended chords a lot.

With sus chords, if there isn't a number there, is it the suspended 2 (9) or 4? Well, you would have to look at the actual notes of the chord to tell. If you don't have that luxury, I guess you can play whichever one you want.

Thanks you guys! I thought those chords were something else but it was just a fancy name for the chords that were attached to the name.

That's a good question. In my experience, it's assumed that sus means sus4 as a sus2 chord is sort of a guitar-player specific deal or at least something that's not been as popularly known as sus4.
If someone write sus and means sus2, they're doing it wrong. ;D

Exactly what I thought!
