Title: Ampeg B-500DR

I need your opinion.  I was offered an Ampeg B-500DR  for $250.

I will use it for practice. Is this head any good?

Have anyone use the Ampeg B-500DR before?

I don't know anything about it, but that seems like a good price compared to what it goes for new. Maybe these links will help:

I went with a Carvin BX500 new for $329
