Title: Talk Music Progressions- Moving around to different keys

Can anyone give me some insight/ideas on how to SMOOTHLY move around in different keys during talk music? I’ve heard some advanced musicians do this- flowing into new keys and then back to the original key. What is the theory behind it? Hope this makes sense and any help is appreciated.

I must say that it is hard to find a good site like that. But I think I found it is best to do just this.

If you can do this, then you pretty much can play anything.
