There are many traditional gospel music chord charts posted on this site. T Block, Val, Ferrente an others have posted to the extent that you'll probably find what you're looking for here.  Click on Community and go to chord requests or traditional and you will see them.  Also try earnestandroline.com.  They offer many chord charts.

Slashes = Left Hand/Right Hand.  Commas genrally mean to play notes separately.   Dashes generally mean to play the notes togetherFor instance:  A/A-C-F would mean  to play A(octave) with your left hand and an F chord  first inversion with your right.   A, B, C,  means to just play tthose notes one after the other.  Is that what you're asking?
