Title: What Is the Right Key

I am trying to learn the bass notes to Myron Butler's Changed, can someone tell me what key the original song is done in?

Starts in C-major, then up to Db.

I only hear the main bassline in the middle of the song and I think it starts on the 5 in Db am I correct?

Here is the general pattern of intro, verse, and vamp.  The 2nd time through the verse (key change to Db), the chords/bass line gets a little funky and diverges a little from notes in the VERSE section. If u need those, let me know. But this should help a little:


Inro:

Yes, the VAMP starts on the 5.

Thanks Piano Clubhouse I got a chance to shed for a minute late last night. I'll most likely just be playing the vamp when we do this song, but I'm going to playaround with it a little bit. Thanks again and yes I do follow you on YouTube. Oh yeah berbie give a brother a shout so we can hook up.
