I'm currently working on this for a musical on Friday.
The progression it self is easy (don't ask me about all the little breaks/stabs we aren't doing them)
but the main driving force is killing I am out of shape :(
For the Rest of My Life by Rev. Timothy Wright and the New York Fellowship Mass Choir (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ad2k3FEhcz0#)
so my plan is to ramp up practice until Wednesday evening then rest on Thursday so I will be ready on Friday ... we shall see how it goes

i am estimating the song is around 175 BPM and currently i'm okay up to 155 bpm ... so 88 % of the way there :(
