Title: A nice pocket groove to learn how to stay anchored in the groove.

this is not a Gospel song
but since this bass player has her roots in the church I think we can over look that
besides theh message in the song is a good one.


anyway the song is

and the groove is tight

the timing is what is tricky
try clapping it first  it is only a two measure groove but it is tricky

and she departs from this repetive line

but you can probably get the esscence from the youtube
