Title: I am struggling please help

I am MOM at my church but i have someone else to direct and teach partsbut on Sundays me and the director is not on the same page it's like he be letting them cute praise and me personally I grew up Baptist and COGIC where we just let go and let god should i just let it be and get in my own zone or approach the situation

approach the situation...especially if it continues to bother you There may be a misunderstanding somewhere
