 As for Fill Me Up.  I just listened to it on YouTube.  The majority of the song is a progression of D-->A-->Bb-->C

The first time that they repeat "Fill me up God" it's just cycling A-->Bb, then they go into D-->A-->Bb-->C.

When they get to "So love of God, Overflow.  Permeate all my soul" the bass is cycling Bb-->F

Then it goes back to D-->A-->Bb-->C
