Title: Melody chords with runs

Hey folks was wondering if anyone could help me with understanding how to chord in the left hand and put a run in the right hand.

Dont think runs. Think musical idea. Spoon feed me musical ideas. Theres more to music than runs. If all your thinking is runs during chording your music will sound ok at first then get really boring really quickly.
