Title: i need ya'll's advice on snare drum heads

i have a percussion plus/performance percussion 12 x about 3 or 5" snare and i want to buy a new drumhead and experiment. at the moment i have a remo emperor on it (coated) i'm thinking of an ambassador or a powerstroke 3, but i want to try an evans head as well. i like that nice high pitched crack, so if any1 could help me then i would appreciate it very much.

Remo Renaissance snare heads gives it that marching snare sound.I this head over anything else. :)
