Title: does anbody know the artist of this song? please help me

 can anybody please help me out with the person who made this song or sings it 

it goes like: I just want to praise for ever and ever and ever for all that you've done for me blessings and glory forever they all belong to u i just wanna thank u for blessing me (and then the music after that goes like): dun dun dun dun then they say that verse again

please get back to me as soon as possible its deeply appreciated. thanks a lot
