Has anyone heard this song, and if so can you tell me who its by?

The words go something like this

mane i thought u was talkin this song i got...it sound jus lik it but.. the words u said doesnt really match the song i have.

We sing it at church, with slightly different words.. but.. I'm not sure who its by.. I'm thinking its like a traditional. loll...

Yeah, we sing that song.  Our words is slightly different in the first part, but the chorus is the same:

Something on the inside, working on the outside, brought about a change in my life
(repeat)

Oh what a change, oh what a change, oh what a change in my life,
(repeat)
