Objectives:  Are activities or programs related to achieving the goal(s). Objectives are identified by: 

1.  Action verb
2.  Programmatic indicator
3.  Quantifier
4.  Time Frame

This is great information--however, the average person does not understand the term (importance) of a Quantifier nevertheless a Programmatic indicator.  It is because of "our" lack of knowledge that these "traits" are so so important in everyday life.
