Title: I played at church Sunday!!!

This sunday, I played the guitar at church for the first time.  Amazing Grace in C.  I only played open chords, C , C7, F, Am D7, G, G7 and our guitarist played the bass (we don't have a keybaord player due to drama).

He was up loud and i was kinda low. :)

Were you nervous?  The first time I played, I had to brace my pick hand against the body of the guitar to keep it from shaking. LOL!

memories....

the first time i played was as a solo....MAN!   my whole body started shaking uncontrollably, lol. it was like i was having a siezure. i was so glad to get through it. my legs were wobblin and the whole 9. had never felt like that before.

now, folks often comment on how im playin all these songs and licks etc., and i look like im layin on the beach, lol. for some reason, sometimes i stretch my legs out and lean back in my chair. guess it's how im used to playing at home. may be bad posture, but im comfortable and it gets the job done.

COngrats man !!!!!  Now that you have that out of the way ;D ....its just going to get better for you. After a while you will be turning that amp up ! God is going to bless you.
