Title: How to get People in Church

Church Lures Worshippers With Free Gas

First Baptist Church of Snellville.

SNELLVILLE, Ga. -- As you drive down the streets of metro Atlanta there are signs everywhere advertising gas prices well over $3 a gallon. But, there's another sign on a busy highway in Snellville offering free gasoline.

The sign simply says: "Free Gasoline. 770-978-5717".

If one calls the phone number, they're greeting with a recording offering free gas cards.

"We're beginning a revival, starting this Sunday. If you attend the service, you're able to sign up for a drawing," said Dr. Rusty Newman, the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Snellville. "Then on Wednesday evening, at the conclusion of the service, we'll be drawing for the prize."

The prize is a $500 gas card.

Maybe the answer to getting gas prices to come down is to look up to a higher authority for some help.

Well, some say you should speak in today's language... Talk about what's relevant...
