You know I never needed to bother with slash chords until I started attending my current church. In pretty much all of my prevous church experiences, the keyboard was the main instrument which kind of freed me up to do a lot of what was basicaly ear-candy or just some basic triads or fragments. Now it's different....can't realy fake my way through a set nowadays.

Brother you said a mouth full.On that Hearandplay dvd.Bobby said, when you go into a church. To play these days. You better step in there with your A game. Can`t come there half stepping.Know your frettboard, theory, scales, songs, notes on frettboard. Some musicians, these days with the egos. Will show you up,and laugh you out of the church. So have you stuff ready. 8)

Sorry if the chords are not properly lined up - I tried to upload a PDF chart, but to no avail...

Actually betnich raises a good point. How do we add things like Word documents and such to LGM?
-
Isn't there a stickied topic in the Guitar Chords room about posting chords as word documents?
Also, thanks for these chords. My church plays this song during youth days, and I just couldn't figure everything out. Now I understand that one chord that was throwing me off.
Could someone point me to that?
I would like to upload PDF's from time to time, Guitar-style chord charts, and even some sheet music...
;)

Keyword: Stickied :P
But it seems like you have to submit the songs to jeremyr and then he uploads them.
I tried the User Gallery feature in the Media section of the main site, and was able to upload a text file (http://www.learngospelmusic.com/media/albums/userpics/151168/I_am_chords.txt). Maybe that would be useful?
Thanks for the link - seems Moderators want only Word .doc files. The one I pulled up was a number-style chart.
I have uploaded stuff to the Media section, and put a link to it in posts...
