We have reached a milestone, here at the Callington Community Gospel Choir. 7 Years ago inspired and encouraged by the death of my father, I set up the choir. This evening we will celebrate 7 years together. The choir which was the only gospel choir in Cornwall UK 7 years ago, had grown to around 50 members. We have performed over 200 concerts and raised over £50,000 ($80,000) for various charities. We have been in schools, prisons, churches, village halls, summer fairs one concert venues. It has been an awesome time of getting the gospel message out and about, in a fun and joyful way. We have even set up our Gospel training school here in Cornwall, to inspire and encourage others too......
