good morning!
i write from italy and i represent a gospel choir in Bologna.
we sing only for our Church and for faith, not for work.
what i want to ask is this:
we usually listen to beautiful songs but we can't find che choral parts.
how can we do?
for exemple, now i'm looking for Matthew 28 by Donald Lawrence choral music sheet but i ..... no results:-(
is there for example a good musician able to write the parts?
thanks
fabrizio

Hi!
Most gospel choirs are not trained to read music. They learn their music by ear. But there are some places where you can get sheet music for some songs.
A company called NTime Music sells a Donald Lawrence songbook that includes Matthew 28, but the book is $35. This is the page to see it: Donald Lawrence Anthology (http://www.ntimemusic.com/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=4151#.UzbevoW9ZyM).
NTime Music also has sheet music for some songs in downloadable form (but not Matthew 28). Another source for downloadable sheet music that has a lot of gospel songs is musicnotes.com
