Any chance of reviving the good old days?
-
It'd be interesting to see what everyone has been up to.

I am afraid not. LGM did a great work but so much has changed. Facebook is a factor for one thing. So many apps out there now that teach piano. So many more modern sites. I am afraid that LGM did/could not keep pace with them. Glad you touched base and to hear you are doing well. I am as well, though very senior now. I can’t overstate how much this site helped me to learn to play, nor the enjoyment of meeting and conversing with others here. Hope you have a blessed day.

All things are possible to them that believe....

I’d like to see it happen, Hasmonean. But the site would have to be much different than it was. I wish it could return stronger and more visited than ever before.

This was the BEST site and helped me, my church band and my church's music ministry really grow. I cannot underestimate the mighty work done here and the blessing this site has been especially when I had to weather storms. I am the Senior Pastor but music is the way God brought me into ministry as a 13 year old choir director in Harlem, NY. I realize times have changed but I still press my way back to this site for old time's sake and to appreciate just how generous all of the musicians--both instructors and learners like me--help me grow and exponentially, impacted the body of Christ!!

I still remember the good ol days on here back before social media really took off and crushed just about every forum. Every once in a while I randomly pop in and get nostalgic thinking about all of the great info, sharing, and learning that used to take place here.
