I thought it was very real... but what she said is evident if you just watch the man.. He will and has made mistakes.. but I believe he is sincere.. and I believe he is genuine.. Just look at the way he carries himself.. the way he interacts with people.. with his family ... with his staff..
IMO the choice is clear in November .. even more clear than it was in 2008.. The Republican party has jeopardized the welfare of the nation for the sake of political one upmanship on several occasions over the past 3+ years.. anyone who doesn't see that is either stupid, blind or in denial.. When you take into consideration the mess that President Obama inherited and the stiff and relentless opposition he has faced at every turn from the other side.. you can't help but wonder what are they thinking.. Are we better off now? Absolutely.. not as better off as we would have been if our elected government was working entirely for us and not themselves. Four years ago we were on the verge of another depression.. and now because we are only 50 yards from the cliff we almost went over instead of 150 yards.. and that largely because the Republican party was true to their pledge in early 2009 to do whatever it took to make President Obama a one term president ... people want to talk about how the president has not led .... how how he has weakened the nation .. when in reality we are more respected on the world stage today than we have been in over a decade.. This man has proposed to raise his own taxes.. as opposed to mine.. He said "I am wealthy.. I don't need another tax cut but YOU DO!!" Maybe he didn't mean it.. but I'd rather take that chance than take a chance on Mr. Romney's plan.. which is probably close to the Ryan plan... I vote the candidate and the times... That is why I voted for President Bush in 2004.. and this time.. like last time the right candidate could not be clearer.
Anyway.. off the soap box..
