Is there a drill you have for practicing ghost notes.  If not a drill is there a rule of thumb that you can give for apply ghost?

one thing you could do is play 16th notes at a good speed and alternate on and off....like for the 4 16th notes play one note all the way and the other 3 muffled till you get the hang of it....then switch the pattern around and mix it up.... :D
