Is it that bad? Are you talking about that old song?...

Jesus can work it out
Jesus can work it out
Jesus can work it out
Jesus can work it out

That problem that I had
I just couldn't seem to solve
I prayed and I prayed....

...

I turned it over to Jesus
And I stopped worrying about it
Turned it over to the Lord and He worked it out...

That's the only one it out that I know.

That's one of the hardest songs "Simple" songs I've ever heard!  What an awesome arrangement!  I have the Kurt Carr song book with that in it, but I don't post chords.  Sorry! Plus, the song is so long to even consider posting it (IF I did post chords  8) ) would be a 1/2 day event.

I can tell you this: It's in Ab and you just ride that until you get to "Turned It Over To The Lord, He Worked It Out" part--that's I, vi, ii, V -  in Ab.

the "Oh Yeah!'  part is the V7 chord and back to the I chord.  If you know theory, V usually leads back to I

That "Work it Out' and all the adlib is all on Ab chord.

Hope that gets you started.  The original version is much easier.

Love,
Lisa

Yea, like she said. I just pulled out my cd case, and I had it in there too. It's basically a shout in Ab, with the 3-6-2-5-1 or 1-6-2-5-1 change to turn it back around.

4 chords basically not in any particular order

LH\RH

1. AbGb\CEbAb (Ab7)
2. FEb\ACF (F7)
3. GbE\BbDbGb (Gb7)
4. GF\BDG (G7)

The rest is basically fill with inversions of an Abminor chord.

Hope this provides a little more help, along with what she said....

B3WannaBe, what you added will hopefully help George also :D

And, that was my mistake---it's in the WOW 2002 Songbook, not the Kurt Carr songbook.  Nevertheless, it's about 8 pages long!
