What's your favorite drum throne and what do you have a church?

I sit on a Pork Pie at church. It's an older one, the new ones aren't as cushy

A Roc-n-Soc nitro throne with a backrest.  The color?  Red.  :)

Sound Percussion is the best all around bang for your buck. A stable, wide and comfortable as a Roc-n-Soc for less money and you can add attach a back rest plus it looks good. It ranges $85-100 depending on the store.

I have never heard of Sound Percussion. But I need to check that out. I am on the market for a new throne here pretty soon. I bought my Roc N Soc used, and I have had it for about 2-3 years.

God Bless.

yeah that's what I liked about the older Pork Pies. It was dense soft cushion. The new ones don't feel the same

LadyDrummer, I bought mine a Guitar Center in Winter Park (Orlando) FL. I have had it about 3 months and I love it. I was looking to my the new DW AirLift Tractor seat but didn't really want to spend $200. I sat them side by side and they maxed out at the same height. The DW is a bit more omfi bu the Sound Percussion was just as comfortable as the Roc-n-Soc they had in the store. As I mentioned early you can get a backest for it as well.

If your Guitar Center doesn't have it on the florr they can order it in.

(CarlosVegaJr has one and posted a pix of his Pearl kit with the throne on the forum about a month back)
