Music Man Sting Ray 5- Sold It (one dimensional)
Current and Forever My Ax -  F Bass BN5

I tried Ken Smith, Tobias (pre-gibson) as well as the MTD NOTHING comes close in my novice opinion : ) But this this F bass BN5 gives me a range from Jaco- Marcus- I was sold when I heard my Favorite bass Man Joel Smith - He endorses F bass after  playing  them for years- This thing is so clean when I track people think it's a keyboard patch. But at the end of the day it comes down to what feels good to you.

I will have to say my dream bass would have to be a Fedora 5,even though I wouldnt mind having a 5 or 6 string Warrior.

Thanks.  Comes from years of exploiting the used instrument market to play some of everything and trading up to get & keep the ones I REALLY like.  That and having an understanding wife who let's me express myself.

Peace,

James
