Paul John on Alicia Keys Unplugged

Paul does a great job on this one. Nice pocket and tasty fills and groove choices. I love his sound. I wish he would've used sticks more than those hot rods he was using. The rods make for a nice effect but make the drums sounds a little muddy at times.

she performed two songs yesterday morning, on "Good Morning America". the live band was playing with her too, and paul sounded nice... played a tight pocket throughout the whole song, but you didnt really miss out on anything.
