I have been trying to develop a music ministry handbook for our church. It has been on my heart to do for the last three months, but I am not completely sure about what all to put in there. I know I want to cast vision for the ministry as well as provide structure. What do you think about these as headings.
VISION
ROLES - (Minister of Music, Director, sound tech, etc.)
PREREQUISITES
EXPECTATIONS(REQUIREMENTS)
CODE OF BEHAVIOR
-attendance, dress code, etc.
Anything else I should add?
Is there anyone who would like to share their handbook, so that I could get my eyes on a good example?
