MISPRINT ON MY SNARE.....?????

Hey fam. I was just checking out my Pearl MHX snare, and on the inside, it says its the size is a 1455 which of course I assume is 14inches by 5 1/2inches. However my snare is a 14x6 1/2 inch snare...So is this thing rare because of the misprint? also, someone please confirm that the depth of the snare is the actual depth of the wood, or from hoop to hoop or head to head..

OK...I have triple checked...my snare does measure 6.5 inches, and is marked 5.5. Just a bit interesting in my opinion.
