As well as using a practise pad, I picked up a squash ball (a small rubber flexible ball) from a nearby sports store. It's the perfect size for sitting in your palm and squeezing it with your last two or three fingers. If you play the moeller technique, this is an incredible strengthening exercise that you can do virtually anywhere! I'd encourage you guys to give it a try. If you've never heard of squash, it's a raquet sport. Walmart will definitely have them and they're around 1$ per ball. :wink:
