F# problems?!

Im having problems playing in F# along with my bass line, for some reason it doesn't sound correct to me, could someone give me some pointers in that section. Usually i would transpose(shhh! dont tell) on the keyboard from my old church but now, i'm wanting to learn how to play in it, i've played alittle bit but i couldn't get the chords to work right. Thanks :)
