this is 542 organ just what to get some advice.  i a beginner i practice every day. i do my scales,chords,inversions.  but i just dont know how to put it all together.  can someone help me.

Listen to alot of music, and play along with the bass line. Once you can follow the bass line well, you'll have the basic understanding of how to put progressions together.

Also try humming along with the bass line. This will help you get the sound of the progressions in your head, and help improve your ear at the same time.


Remember, if you're that much of a beginner, you shouldn't be trying to learn alot of progressions, which is what alot of posts here are about, because all that'll do is teach you chords. You won't know where to put them.
