Well I'm going to guess you're asking abot chords? If so, all a minor chord is (and you'll see it notated as "min" or "m" ) is a chord with a lowered third. So you know a C chord is

C - E - G
1 - 3 - 5 (the scale degree)

now lower the third:

C - Eb - G
1 - b3 - 5

that's the formula for a minor chord. So every time you see a minor chord, you can apply that formula to all chords in every key. Hope that this helped you.
