piccolo snares

Whats up everybody just wanted to know what heads you guys use on your piccolo snares, and what you think are the best.

try a evans uno 58 1000 (regular or dry) for the batter - it will peirce through
and 200 or 300 resonant

I use
A Tama Pic with
Evans hydro blue heads
Triple flaged Die cast hoops
and some fat snares ( I think 15/20 snares) with an adjustment in the middle

But when I get back from Europe I'm going to overhaul the shell and give it an custom exotic paint and finish

i gotta remo coated ambassador head on the top, an ambassador clear on the bottom, awesome sound........
Work for the Lord - the pay isn't much but the retirement is out of this world!

yeah I agree: either coated ambassador, coated g1 or genera on the top....and either clear ambassador, or hazy 300 on the bottom.  can't go wrong with either.
