I'm going to try it this afternoon.

I know you can't share ALL your secrets, SisT, but how about one or two more recipies?

I'm gonna be a preaching, teaching, professor / musician, film-loving, writing, love-to-go-to-museums, styling brother who can cook, too. I'll have quite a resume . . . .

I know i'm late with this ... but umm ... I'm always buyin boneless/skinless chicken thighs & the mix of peppers... so Sister T, i'm gonna make this dish no later than Sat. May 20th  ... Stay tuned.

Oh, by the way ... I will be substituting two ingrediants (if you don't mind):

Season all Salt with 21 Season Salute (has no sodium but potent flavor)
vegetable oil with canola (what I usually use)
