Mark Daulghren - 4 Way Coordination

Dude, talk about frustration.... The Dahlgren book will make you never want to play the drums AGAIN!!  That stuff is REDICULOUS!!!  Its most deffinitely not for the faint at heart!!

Not much of a secret if you read Modern Drummer...

I guess the old addage carries over...  If you don't want a drummer to know something, put it in writing!!

I must say it intimidated the heck out of me. I have that sitting to the side for when I can give it my undivided attention.

I also fill that these days you should practice it on the DW practice kit... no distracting noise, just work on relaxatin and control at any tempo... after a couple months then put it on the kit. You have to let it soak into your playing.
