Keep Me In your Prayers...
« on: May 01, 2006, 09:50:29 PM »
Hello my LGM Family...I just want everyone to know that I lost my "Earthly Father" today, and I would like to ask of two small favors...1st I would like for you to pray for me and my family during this time...being a Funeral Director...you become numb to the fact of death when it is not in your immediate family, until it hits home and you are faced with many things all at once...so please pray that 'GOD" will continue to keep us (Family) in His arms of protection and keep us covered in his "BLOOD" and most of all, keep us together with out any turmoil...2nd I was asked by my father to do one of his favorite songs when he passed on...this is going to be hard because of the song that he picked, which described our relationship with each other. The song that he requested was "I Need You To Survive" by Hezekiah Walker...if anyone has the tabs or notes for this song, it will be greately appreciated...the Funeral is set for this coming Saturday, so if anyone could help me out in either of these two favors it would be much appreciated.              "GOD BLESS"

I'm sorry to hear that your father passed and though it may be difficult, take this time to celebrate his life, not morn his death.  When my grandfather passed a few years ago, my family struggled to hold it together because we had watched his health decline slowly due to prostate cancer.

One thing that helped to carry us through is the fact that death for a Christian, death isn't goodbye, it's merly "I'll see you later".

God Bless,

-J

bro. im deeply sorry to hear about your fathers passing, i lost my mom and i know how hard it is, its a very rough road. God has promised He will not put more then you can handle on your plate, so just hang on and let God walk/guide you through your grieving.

bless this family right now Lord, keep your precious hand on them in their time of need. place your hand on this brother and give him the annointing and strength to play this song his father requested.

im praying with/and for you and yours in Jesus Name.. Amen

man...I'm sorry for your loss.  I will lift up you and your family in prayer.

I haven't played this song yet but I may have the CD.  I will listen to it and see if I can post some chords.

Praying for you all. God has everything in the making, he knows best. Your father is in a PEACEFUL rest; he’s gone with God. God has something greater for him to do upstairs. Trotter, you father is getting things started for the Family in a much better place. Trust in God. I’m praying for you all, brother.

I'm sorry to hear about your father passing.  I just want you to know that I'll keep you in my prayers.  Stray strong my brother for he is not gone, he's resting in a better place in God's arms.  Keep the faith.

I heard about your father late but prayer is always in order I will be in prayer for you your family and your strength. I believe Romans 8:28 says and we know that all things work together for good to them that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. God Bless

Hey Trotter

I am verry sorry to hear about your father, you never know what to say to a person when something like this happens. So I say stay strong in the Lord He will keep you my brother. My prayers go out to you and your family, also I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sending me that program you sent me, I,m sure it will be a blessing to me. I give you props because in your time of sadness and what you are dealing with you still find the time to help others God will bless you my brother, I thank you again. There are some other things I would like to question you about as I am a beginner to intermediate bass player who plays in a small church Feed My Sheep Ministries is the name, and you seem to really want to help others who are wanting to learn but I will not bother you with that at this time but you also can hit me on my e-mail moebassgrind6@hotmail.com. It's changed from where you sent the program to. Again stay strong I'm praying for you and thanks.
