Wassup ya'll,
I was wondering if any of ya'll amazing bass players can hit me with some practice techniques that can enhance my finger strenght & speed. God Bless!!!

You prolly already know this, but scales can achieve what it is you are asking for.

Like MikeGee said, scales. That will improve your speed and finger strength. Go slow and increase gradually.

You can still do exercises when you are not playing your bass. The Grip Master is a very good tool:-

Mine is usually locked up in one of my many cases, so if I can't find it quickly I use a small plastic water bottle filled up to the brim and press my fingers into it in the same way. Meditation balls are also very good to keep your fingers supple. They are too small for my hands, so I use pool balls instead!
