I need so much help

Hi,
I'm a new minister of music at a church. My problem is they have a gospel choir (which is like a mass choir) and they also have a senior choir.  Well the problem is with both choirs they have been crutched for so long that I need easy songs for both choirs until i can rebuild the choir.  If any1 can help with songs for the gospel choir and senior choir I would greatly appreciate it.  Also Men and Womens day is 3rd sunday next month and we start are first rehersal on thursday, any song suggestions for that would help as well thanks in advance.

Is this a traditional or contemporary church???

We just started a gospel choir at my church, and for our first song, I decided to do Hezekiah Walker's "I Need You to Survive."  It's a really easy song because there's no harmony and lyric-wise, it's something a new group coming together should really soak in.
