Here's a 5-1 progression:
C \ G-C-E
... \ G#-C#-F
... \ A-D-F#
... \ A#-D#-G
Keep moving the chord up in half-steps and holding the C in the bass, until you get to an A (E-A-C#) chord then....
F \ A-C-F
If you do a regular 4/4 count, the first part would move as 8th notes, two per beat, with a 3 beat rest then the final F chord. I'll do a video later.
