Around The LGM--10/19: Game Seven

Ladies & Gentlemen.  The GREATEST of sports activities has arrived.  Game 7.  Mets vs. Cardinals.  Enough Introduction.

1) Who wins Tonight?
2) Do EITHER of these national league teams have a chance against Detroit?

Because the Yankees are not in it, I don't care either way; so I'll speak from a SPORTSCENTER perspective.


If the Mets don't win, NO ONE will watch the Series except in Detroit and St. Louis; bottom line.  ;)

Now, they say that good pitching beats good hitting.  But, let's be honest and say that Detroit has GREAT hitting.  Even in the loss in Game One to the Yankees they still scored four runs.  So, with St. Louis NOT having GREAT pitching, how can the Cardinals beat Detroit? (Even if we're assuming they're going to beat the Best team in the National League since April)
