...you guys are in for a treat.  His clinics are great.  He's a great teacher.  Pay attention to his hands and the way he let's the stick rebound to it's full potential.  Also pay close attention to how "pulls the sound out of the drums" instead of digging in the drum.  Just watching Dave play is a Master Class within itself.  Look at his blazin' right foot as well and how he doesn't dig in the head with the beater.  People forget that Dave has a sick right foot and not every double or triplet he does is on a double pedal. ;)  I'm just giving you some things to keep in mind because many folk get caught up in the "Ooohh Weeeee" aspect and forget to that they're there to be taught something new and fresh that one can use. :-\ 8)

Yeah his clinics are tha bomb! Did I just age myself by saying da bomb!? I hung with him when he was in Toronto a couple years ago, he's cool! Just dont go say ignorant crap (ignorant questions or big yourself) to him, he gets alot of of and hates it.
