who should i listen to get ideas about fill-in chords and passing chords,  between my melodies

it depends on what type of flavor you are looking for
for piano I think
Marin sapp plays very nice passes
thomas whitfield
and even ricky dillard

richard smallwood plays different type of passes for a more high church sound


listen to td jakes albulms you will hear sick passes in those songs

check out darius brooks as well he is really sick with those changes as well
